Shopping Tips
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. lf 15 day s have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer yo u a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
1:After ordering, if you contact our WhatsApp customer, we will take detailed photos of the goods you ordered for you before sending your package, measure the size for you, send it to yo u for inspection, and send the package for you if you are satisfied.

Exchanges

Shipping returns
